Refer ITR users. Earn on each eligible payment.

1. Program Overview

The MakeEazy ITR Affiliate Partner Program 2026 is a referral program that allows eligible participants to refer users for MakeEazy ITR filing and related services.

Approved participants may receive a unique affiliate link or referral code. When a user registers through that link or code and completes an eligible paid service with MakeEazy, the Affiliate Partner may become eligible for a reward on each eligible user payment, subject to verification and approval by MakeEazy.

The purpose of this program is to help users discover MakeEazy’s professional ITR filing support while allowing Affiliate Partners to earn rewards for genuine, eligible referrals.

2. Eligibility

Participation in the program is open to individuals, students, creators, communities, groups, professionals, existing MakeEazy clients, and other approved participants.

To participate, an Affiliate Partner must:

1. Have or create a MakeEazy account.
2. Accept this Affiliate Program Policy.
3. Accept the Affiliate Partner Undertaking.
4. Follow MakeEazy’s communication, privacy, advertising, and conduct rules.
5. Provide payout and compliance details when requested.

MakeEazy may approve, reject, suspend, or terminate participation at its discretion.

3. Affiliate Link and Referral Tracking

Each approved Affiliate Partner may receive a unique affiliate link or referral code.

A user will be considered referred only if the user registers through the Affiliate Partner’s valid link or code and the referral is captured by MakeEazy’s system.

Clicking a link alone does not qualify for reward. Registration alone does not qualify for reward. Reward eligibility arises only after a successful eligible payment, verification, and approval by MakeEazy.

MakeEazy’s tracking and verification records shall be final.

4. User Benefit

Users registering through a valid MakeEazy affiliate link or referral code may be eligible for a special referral benefit.

Subject to MakeEazy verification, the referred user may receive up to 20% off on eligible MakeEazy ITR filing packages or related eligible services.

The final benefit, discount percentage, package amount, eligible service, and payment link will be decided only by MakeEazy after reviewing the user’s filing requirement, package type, campaign rules, and eligibility.

The user benefit is not automatic merely because the user clicked a link or registered. It becomes applicable only after MakeEazy verifies the referral and confirms the eligible package.

Affiliate Partners must not independently promise any specific discount, refund, tax saving, benefit, or filing outcome.

5. Referral Status

Referral progress may be shown in simple stages:

1. User Registered: The referred user has registered through the affiliate link or code.
2. Case Created: The referred user has created an eligible MakeEazy case.
3. Payment Pending: The referred user has not yet completed an eligible verified payment.
4. Approved: MakeEazy has verified the referral and approved the reward.
5. Disbursed: MakeEazy has completed the reward payout.

MakeEazy may also mark referrals as on hold, rejected, cancelled, or reversed where required.

6. Partner Levels

Affiliate Partners may be classified into levels based on approved eligible paid referrals.

• Foundation Partner: 1 to 5 approved paid users, up to 10% per eligible user payment.
• Active Partner: 6 to 10 approved paid users, up to 20% per eligible user payment.
• Premier Partner: 11 or more approved paid users, up to 30% per eligible user payment.

The reward is linked to each approved eligible user payment and the Affiliate Partner’s applicable level.

The final reward percentage may depend on package type, package amount, campaign category, partner quality, compliance status, group plan, corporate plan, and MakeEazy’s internal approval.

Level upgrades and rewards are not automatic unless confirmed by MakeEazy.

7. Reward on Each Eligible User Payment

Affiliate Partners may earn a reward for each referred user who completes an eligible paid service through MakeEazy, subject to program rules and MakeEazy approval.

This means that if multiple referred users successfully register, create eligible cases, make successful eligible payments, and are approved by MakeEazy, the Affiliate Partner may become eligible for reward on each such user payment.

Affiliate reward will be calculated based on the Affiliate Partner’s level and the eligible package amount paid by the referred user.

The package amount means the final MakeEazy-approved service amount paid by the referred user for an eligible service.

Affiliate reward will not apply on GST, government fees, late fees, penalties, interest, reimbursements, payment gateway charges, third-party charges, or non-eligible services.

If the referred user later upgrades the package or makes another eligible ITR-related package payment, MakeEazy may approve additional reward on such additional eligible payment, subject to internal verification and approval.

Reward becomes eligible only when all the following conditions are satisfied:

1. The user registered through the Affiliate Partner’s valid link or code.
2. The user is not an existing lead, duplicate lead, fake registration, test registration, or self-referral.
3. The user created an eligible MakeEazy case.
4. The user made a successful eligible payment through MakeEazy’s official payment process.
5. The payment is received by MakeEazy.
6. No refund, cancellation, dispute, chargeback, misuse, or violation is pending.
7. MakeEazy verifies and approves the referral and reward.

8. Payout Timeline

Approved rewards may be processed within 7 to 10 working days after successful payment and MakeEazy verification, subject to payout cycle and compliance checks.

MakeEazy may hold, delay, reject, reverse, or adjust any reward in case of duplicate lead, wrong referral claim, cancellation, refund, misuse, privacy breach, misleading promise, payment dispute, or violation of program rules.

9. Tax and Payout Compliance

Affiliate rewards may be subject to applicable tax deduction, reporting, documentation, PAN requirement, invoice requirement, declaration, GST applicability, or other compliance obligations.

MakeEazy may request PAN, bank account details, UPI details, invoice, declaration, or other documents required for payout processing.

MakeEazy may deduct tax at source, hold payout, or decline payout where required under applicable law or where required details are not provided.

10. Partner Conduct Rules

Affiliate Partners must communicate honestly, professionally, and responsibly.

Affiliate Partners must not:

1. Promise any refund, deduction, tax saving, tax benefit, lower tax, faster refund, or filing outcome.
2. Collect PAN, Aadhaar, Form 16, AIS, TIS, bank statements, income proofs, passwords, OTPs, login credentials, or tax documents from users.
3. Ask users to send tax documents to the Affiliate Partner personally.
4. Represent themselves as Chartered Accountants, tax experts, MakeEazy employees, authorised representatives, or filing agents unless specifically authorised in writing by MakeEazy.
5. Use false, misleading, exaggerated, or unapproved claims.
6. Misuse MakeEazy’s name, logo, brand, content, pricing, or offers.
7. Create fake accounts, duplicate referrals, self-referrals, or artificial registrations.
8. Spam users through calls, WhatsApp, SMS, email, groups, or social media.
9. Collect payment on behalf of MakeEazy unless specifically authorised in writing.

All user documents must be submitted directly by the user through MakeEazy Desk or official MakeEazy channels.

11. Advertisement and Disclosure Rules

Any Affiliate Partner promoting MakeEazy on social media, WhatsApp groups, communities, websites, or public platforms must ensure that the communication is truthful, clear, and not misleading.

Affiliate Partners must not use claims such as “Guaranteed refund”, “Maximum refund assured”, “Zero tax guaranteed”, “100% tax saving”, “Secret deduction”, “Instant refund guaranteed”, or “No scrutiny guaranteed”.

Where the Affiliate Partner may earn a reward or has a material connection with MakeEazy, the partner should make an appropriate disclosure wherever required, such as:

12. Privacy and Data Protection

MakeEazy respects user privacy and will process referral and affiliate data for legitimate program purposes, including referral tracking, user support, reward calculation, payout processing, fraud prevention, accounting, and compliance.

Affiliate Partners must not collect, store, request, or process user tax documents or sensitive personal information.

MakeEazy may collect Affiliate Partner details such as name, email, mobile number, PAN, bank/UPI details, payout details, declarations, and invoices for program administration, payout, accounting, tax deduction, and compliance.

Affiliate Partners may be shown limited referral information only. Sensitive user information such as PAN, Aadhaar, phone number, email, tax documents, income details, payment details, passwords, OTPs, or confidential case information will not be shared with Affiliate Partners.

13. Rejection, Hold, Reversal, and Termination

MakeEazy may hold, reject, reverse, adjust, or cancel any referral or reward if:

1. The referral is duplicate, fake, self-referred, or already known to MakeEazy.
2. The referred user cancels, disputes, reverses, or receives a refund.
3. The Affiliate Partner gives wrong promises or misleading information.
4. The Affiliate Partner collects user documents or sensitive information.
5. The Affiliate Partner misuses MakeEazy’s brand, offers, or communication material.
6. The Affiliate Partner violates privacy, advertising, or conduct rules.
7. MakeEazy is unable to verify the referral or payment.
8. Any fraud, abuse, misuse, or policy violation is suspected.

MakeEazy may suspend or terminate an Affiliate Partner’s participation at any time for violation of this policy.

14. No Agency Relationship

Participation in this program does not create an employment, partnership, agency, franchise, representative, or professional relationship between MakeEazy and the Affiliate Partner.

Affiliate Partners are independent referrers only.

Affiliate Partners cannot bind MakeEazy, make commitments on behalf of MakeEazy, collect documents, collect payments, provide tax opinions, or represent MakeEazy unless specifically authorised in writing.

15. Program Changes

MakeEazy reserves the right to modify, pause, withdraw, suspend, or close the Affiliate Partner Program at any time.

MakeEazy may change reward percentages, partner levels, payout timelines, eligible services, tracking rules, approval criteria, communication guidelines, or any other program terms.

MakeEazy’s decision on referral tracking, partner level, package amount, reward eligibility, payout approval, and disputes shall be final.
